The service was quite unfriendly and the provided information was incorrect. More seats for elderly people would be nice though! Overall I would not recommend it!

Regarding DB Sales team, I applied for Monthly Subscription Card, I told you I would like to receive a post could not be able to find the order request means no contract on my name. How come DB sales people lost my contract? I sent them an email, they said they need it, they were saying they were dead the contract it self made there and i am using it. Abo and check .... really !!!!!! They has to learn how to speak with customer!
