Terrible service with my domiciliary account opening process. There is a rude staff at the customer service table also. Many idle staff on the second floor that should be pushed to the banking floor to make your banking process faster and seamless but they wouldn’t. Too bad a service for a Private organisation.

I love this bank. Great architecture, good location, excellent customer service, and the ATM machines never disappoint.
Loved the view and the parking space provided for customers. The ATM gallery on the exterior pays pretty fast. At least their machines are not slow unlike some other locations I've been to. There are security personnel manning the premises 24/7.

Nice structure, beautiful architecture, Love it. Has Accessibilty Point For Physically Challenged person's, Though no Signs exist to indicate,TRAILS, Lifts,Accessibilty Access POINTS. For inclusion,the Signs has to be made visible,The Accessible Ramp is by the Side of the main entrance,It needs more visibility.
Customer service at Access bank 25 adminralty way lekki phase 1 is very poor. Ada, a dark chubby female customer service attendant does not attend to people on first come first service basis. I spent over two hours just to upgrade tier 2 account to savings account, had to leave when I couldn't bear it anymore.
Not an Access Bank user but the ATM works perfectly and it's close to the road.
This is Access Bank best branch have ever visited. Starting from their car park model, security, customer care, the environment, waiting room and the rest are just so superb. The banking experience was great.
