After I moved to a new house Generali did not get my new address in time so I did not receive the invoice for my car insurance. Instead of calling or emailing me about the issue and getting my new postal address (they had both my email and phone number) Generali asked the canton/police to revoke my car plates which cost me 200 CHF in fees. And could have caused a very unpleasant encounter with the Police. This is completely unacceptable behavior by a company in the 21st century. Get your IT and customer service in order and start using email, text messages and phone to contact your customers.

Took 6 months to process a case of mine where they had to pay me back. They didnt even apologize even after my recalls month by month. I strongly advise against this insurance company!
