I ordered for a bookmark, it was available on the website, when I go to collect it, they plainly printed it and gave it to me punching a hole on it. They said they didn’t have any thread for the bookmark, though their website shows a variety of bookmarks with ribbons and threads. So disappointed really. The person who calls you for the quote says it’s available and when you go to collect they say the ribbons and threads are out of stock

I get all my printing done here - they’re fast, their customer service is great, and their prices are unbeatable. It does get crowded and sometimes their internet connection is down, so bring your materials/docs on a USB.
