This place seems to have trouble keeping things in stock. Not even out of the ordinary things, just basic like cat food and litter. This has been an issue on multiple visits so we don't go there anymore. The few employees we have interacted with seem pleasant enough tho.

Your employee was so friendly and helpful in assisting me in finding Zymox LP3 enzyme system Ear Cleanser. She looked in two different places to get the best product recommended by my veterinarian for follow up care after my cats ear infection. I am so thankful for her help!! Thank you also for having the Well and Good Lysine soft chews, my cat loves them and they have helped him stay well. My cat decided he does not like any other Lysine chews

As always petco employees are not necessarily knowledgeable nor passionate, they aren't paid enough to attract that, but for the most part they do the best they can with what they have. Decent selection of pet supplies, with petcos mark up vs online as always. If you need something urgently, get it here, if you have the time to wait, it's always cheaper online. If you need something alive, and don't want to leave town, get it here, though healthier animals can be found at other pet stores, particularly one in Corvallis. That said, they have considerably less mark up and are more polite and friendly than a certain local reptile shop.
