Love this local business. Reasonable prices. Very nice workers. Helpful. Lots of inventory both new and used.
Lots of cool display and packaging stuff. I've shopped here for a decade and noticed so much improvement over the years. Best update is they stopped smoking cigarettes in the warehouse and display room. Improved air quality and customer service. I count on getting the best Gridwall prices - great to see all the choices!
After reading the previous reviews, I was a bit skiddish about going, but venture we did -- and we're sure GLAD we did! Great store, lots of display items that you didn't even know existed. Store did NOT smell like cigarette smoke (as other reviewers had mentioned). Very helpful staff. Ray was excellent - hung with us until we got all our questions answered. It's a store (like mushroom hunting), you wander in and about looking at stuff that we could definitely use. We're hooked - we'll be back!
Exactly what I needed they had it. I love this place.
I thought this was a convenient resource and I felt good about supporting a local business - but I got stung by their no return/ no exchange policy; a stupid policy that has driven me to shop for these products online. Avoid the showroom's overwhelming smell of cigarettes and shop online.
Sure....they have just about everything that I need right here. Yes, I want to support local businesses...but the NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy is ridiculous! I agree with the previous reviewer - skip the overwhelming stale cigarette smell and rude staff - and buy as much as you can online (e.g., eBay).
