People in the office are really really bad people. They never tell you the truth. I’m talking here about the manager and other ladies working there. In addition, the place is really dangerous and not clean at all. PLEASE PLEASE avoid this place and don’t rent any appartment. I’m giving you my honest experience since we lived there for 9 months. I wish I can give them ZERO star. And by the way, they don’t care about any review here.

It is the worst place I have ever lived in. The management and the office are horrible. They tell you something and they do something else. Don’t wast your time and money trying the place. It is not gonna work for sure. Wish system allows a big and a ZERO STAR to give them.

I deliver food to these apts. There is a gentleman who lives in building 13 that has knee deep trash in his apartment. I have told the manager, months have gone by and nothing has been done about this. There have to be bug problems in this building and I am very sure someone has to have smelled it.

Wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I have come across a few problems, but one is MAJOR. Smoking neighbors directly affect the air in our apartment. Not only is this extremely unpleasant, but directly impacts my health as I have had lung issues in the past. The complex has been thoroughly unhelpful with reaching some sort of agreement. I would NOT recommend Ventana Ranch Apartments unless you don't mind the idea of permanent damage to your quality of life. By the way, secondhand smokes increases your chance of a miscarriage. Just do yourself a favor and don't ever consider this place home- look elsewhere.
