Im very disappointed with this company. Months ago I bought a package with them after the deception that it would only be an hour-long talk. After several attempts, I got them to give me what I wanted and at the price I wanted. Advice,do not get carried away by the first numbers that tell you, resist, say no, they will beg you and play with reverse psychology. After months I received a call supposedly to tell me how to manage my account, it turns out that it was a call to upgrade my membership, a certain David Neil calls, who at first was very kind, of course they want to sell you something, as soon as he saw that my wife and I did not want to pay more, nor were we interested in his offer, he was still very persistent, he does not know how to listen to people, very sure because his purpose is to sell, he reached a point that he became rude making it understood that we were wrong for not wanting this upgrade VIP, no matter how much we explained that it was not because of the money but because as a responsible person we managed our budget for other plans as a couple, then when he saw that he could not convince us, he looks for someone named Nataniel, the same story as the script that we listened to the first time presentation, when he saw that we did not give in to his numbers, he became a bit rude, perhaps frustrated that we did not buy his story, as he saw that he could not sell us, he literally cut us off the call, showing what unprofessional and immature of this person. The truth is that their offers are not bad, what is bad is how the company wants to sell the products, sim employees the way they harass and cheat to get a sale and commission. You know, go to the talk, listen and be strong, defend your money, if they want to sell they will have to give in if they do not reach an agreement, at least they will get a free stay or a 200 gift card

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I was here for 6 hours when it was indicated it would take 2. Some of that is due to my questions, but mostly it was because after my first instance of, "I don't think this is for me at this time" I was argued with about all the reasons I should be ready for it now, regardless of my financial situation. "High pressure" is an understatement. Then after I said, "I just want to go home" probably 10 times, I was taken into another room where different people tried to pressure me into a different package. When I indicated the person I normally talk over my financial interests wasn't there with me to help make this kind of decision, I was asked, "Oh, so you need a man to help you make your financial decisions." I have never been more offended, or exhausted. I got in touch with the company who scheduled it and they indicated that my concerns would be passed along to Wyndham corporate, but that was the end of it. I never received a response nor apology. I hope it was worth the free plane tickets I got - which based on the reviews for that doesn't seem likely either. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRESENTATION - REGARDLESS OF THE "WONDERFUL" GIFTS YOU'LL RECEIVE FOR GOING.

Don't do it. I had to return my "gift card" after refusing to acquiesce to additional expectations that were never mentioned at the check in desk. Deceptive to say the least.. I will never go to another Wyndham high pressure sales presentation.

We paid a deposit, showed up and they turned us away because the sales guy didn't show up that day or something. They refused to refund me.

High pressured sales for a high interest timeshare from silver tongued individuals under the guise of a free vacation that’s almost impossible to use. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever endured. They don’t have anything to back up their statistics besides magazine awards from magazines I’ve never heard of. They really tried to tell me to get a 17% interest rate on a 60k loan because I would be “saving” thousands by not paying 400k on vacations over 25 years. I could go into the bs, but they’re honestly not worth my time at this point. This place is shiesty so beware.

Horrible experience. Came late. Didn’t know I wouldn’t be able to be seen. Instead person wasted 15 min asking for ID and all info all to tell me I can’t go in. Then when I requested my refund back I got the run around. I wasted 1 hr and left with out securing my deposit back. Horrible company.

Lies, lies, and more lies. This is the most unethical company one could do business with. They give timeshare presentations the nasty reputation they have because they are sick and filled with never ending lies!!
