Update: The second machine they brought me was damaged the same way as the first one. They replaced it with the third one and that worked. I take one star off for very poor organisation of transportation. It is outsourced company and it seems to be zero communication between them and electro depot. Other than that good service. Excellent service. I did not expect it to be so fast, efficient and professional. The best way to experience customer service is to see how they solve a problem. I bought a washing machine and an induccion stove. When I opened the washing machine at home I saw that it was deformed on the bottom. Looks like it was hit very hard and it was 100% before we bought it, because I was present from receipt of the washing machine throughout the transfer and until it arrived into my apartment. It was taken very good care of. So the deformation happened somewhere before. The cashier and the manager Teddy we SO HELPFUL AND NICE. They offered me a small refund for inconvenience and offered to see if the machine will function well during 15 days. In case I am not happy with it they will bring me a new one. This is what I call an excellent customer service and no doubt I would be coming back for all my new electronics and will be recommending to others. Let's see how it all works out now.

Another shop that we've visited a few times but never bought from. Price point, type and quality of goods ok but never found the right thing at the right price for us yet. Will visit when in the market for anything again though. Good parking and easy access off the Valencia to Alicante road.
