A superb nature reserve situated next to pilar sewage works. the lagoons are the old waste stabilization ponds that used to treat pilars sewage before the modern plant was built which uses an oxidation ditch to treat the heavy load it receives from pilar

Our first short visit to the 5 hides, and it was excellent, though very new, with the visitor centre still being worked on. It's a quiet time but we got some good birds including a close up squacco heron. There are clearly a lot more there, if patient, as when a helicopter buzzed us, 9 grey heron appeared as if out of nowhere. Should be great through the winter!

Pequeño parque natural pero sorprende encontrar esta joya natural tan cerca de las zonas urbanizadas. Esta muy bien gestionado, limpio e incluso con un merendero para ir con la familia. Para observar a las aves hay varios puntos habilitados. Recomendable visitar.

Un remanso , para conectar con la naturaleza. Si se tiene mucha suerte se puede avistar pato malvasía, y otras especies.
