Saw this lovely shop while traveling to Ottawa. The store person ( did not catch his name) was very welcoming and took the time to explain all their wonderful products and grades of syrup. Light grade maple syrup would be my personal favorite!

I've been going here for years. It's very nice. There are lovely trails with info plaques . The people are friendly. There's some antique toy displays and demonstrations of older techniques.
The Fortune Family is always welcoming. They are willing to share their knowledge of syrup making. The sugar bush has lovely pathways to walk. The syrup is marvelous.
Great place to visit! Lovely trails to walk, everyone there is extremely nice. They take the time to talk with you and your family. Lots of information through out the trails to about history. Kids love it! Also their maple syrup is the best! And reasonably priced!
Place is not so crowded. Very welcoming people are working there. Kettle boys are the best! Free samples and taffy.
