Love walking around the grounds, can't wait for the house to reopen. The place is so tranquil and just a nice place to sit and reflect .

Fascinating piece of history that's been perfectly preserved. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the grounds very well kept. The perfect place for a quiet but interesting walk, and to take some photos!
Georgeous house with fascinating exhibition on women who broke the mould. Library well worth a look, with books on or by women from the past. Very helpful member of staff. Wood carving of Abraham and Isaac can be found in the Smoking Room.
Just got to see the garden Christmas lights before lockdown. A little disappointing as some of the lights were not working due to them being solar powered \u200d️\u200d️Hopefully the volume of lights will increase year by year.
Had afternoon tea in the old kitchen as a treat for my mum. It was a great experience and the food is excellent. Very tentative service as well
