Cracking day out with the boy and mam. Good sunny day for October so could see the countryside. Shocked by how much you are in control of your own harness clipping on and off with no one watching you really. Thought it was prob a bit sketchy in places

Well organised safe and secure routes, we did the tree top challenge which had a basic tuition briefing from a qualified instructor on safety and the rules etc. Then off we went on a trial course then onto route 1. The instructors are there for you advising and reminding you of the safety rules and directions. We completed all 4 courses along with a zip wire ride at the end of each one. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would highly recommend it as a must do visit if your staying in the lake district

Love it. Weather was to bad to go hiking. So ended up here. So glad had a great time doing the high Ropes course. The two long zip wire where really great fun. Next time in the lake district I will deffently go again. Highly recommended. Great prices as well.

We went as a group of four and had a really good time doing the tree top challenge! You start with getting into harnesses on and tightened which due to the circumstances you do it majority yourself. Do not worry though they check you over and make sure that you are safe. Conor, our instructor was lovely and helped me to make sure my harness was tight enough as I couldn’t do it myself (I turned around facing away from him and he had a mask on while he tightened it). You then do a miniature training of how to connect harnesses to the safety system. After everyone in your group has done this, you go up to an initial course whereby the instructor watches you for this course to make sure that you are attaching yourself correctly. After this course you are supervising yourself (there are instructors around the course making sure that you are okay and close if you need help). Now I got to the second course and forgot quite how scared I was of heights as I do not often go up heights, so keep in mind you will be pretty high up (the name of the challenge should of gave it away but I did not give it much thought). I did complete the course though, and I was glad that I continued as it was fun looking back and I would probably do another one! If you want as well you can buy a medal for 3 pounds which is good quality! Although, you do get a certificate for completing the course. Overall a great time and our instructor Conor was amazing and helpful! He was funny and kept everyone laughing.
