We believe that innovation exists on the spot where the possibilities of new technology are actually appealing to users and they can have a real impact on your business model. This acceleration can be achieved, if it is facilitated that people get time and space to find innovations and they have the skills to translate ideas to product and business innovation. Our methods and programs focus on both. On the facilitation side we help you to create ideation programs, training of the trainers and inspiration workshops. In product and business development our experiment coaches and design leads work together with your people to analyse relevant technologies and trends and translate them to potential propositions for your customers. We validate assumed value propositions and the related necessary features and functionalities. All comes together in setting up the accompanying business proposition.
