I wanted to order some panels to extend fencing, Rolf couldn’t have been more helpful - they go over and beyond to help you at this company. My panels were couriered to me the next day. What fantastic customer service!
I ordered a lot of timber from ATF this week which was delivered the same day by an agency driver, he left it all over my drive and on the flower beds and by the time I got home from work it had warped and twisted in the sun. ATF (Kealan in particular) were brilliant in sorting this out, they replaced all the faulty wood the next day and my wife said this driver could not have been more helpful and also apologised for the way things had been left the day before. I have used ATF many times in the past and materials are always of good quality. There was a problem on this occasion but they fixed it quickly so can't really ask for more than that.
