Excellent at selling homes, not so great at finishing them. It's been 5 months and we're still waiting for snagging issues to be resolved and \gestures of good will\ to be fulfilled. We get passed from one customer \care\ person to another and no one does anything. I'd avoid David Wilson Homes. They're just contributing to the already rapidly declining new home reputation.

Visiting my daughter & family in their David Wilson home. It is beautiful. Well designed (apart from the garden which is a lawn on an almost impossible slope and their garage which is round the corner). The rooms are a brilliant size with loads of storage space. The estate will be better when the 2 halves are fully joined together.

When I visited there was only one staff member and she was busy, so my appointment started late. People came in during to ask questions, which interrupted us. The staff member was very helpful, but she shouldn't be on her own really if taking appointments. The show home and office were very well presented though.

Homes are thrown up a lot of problems when u move in alot of money for what u get give me an old property any day
