From start to finish, despite the global pandemic, Bill and Paul have been very helpful and are clearly very knowledgeable for us installing a new wood burner. The job had to be delayed due to COVID but we were booked in as soon as they could do the work. Sam and Kyle arrived on time and were friendly and polite throughout. Also they were very clean workers not leaving behind any mess. We had an unforeseen issue which Paul and Bill shuffled around the schedule meaning they could come back the following morning to sort this plumbing issue out and the job was finished by the end of that day. The finished job we are absolutely chuffed with and would definitely use Humphrey and Crockett again.
