Loaded a game card on their machine, and the money charged to our bank account yet the credits did not load to the game card we purchased. We went to the bar to resolve the issue, and the bartenders (who were very kind) texted their manager about the issue. After waiting for over an hour, and sending a screen shot of the charge to our bank account to the manager we were told it wasn’t their issue since it charged our card but didn’t show up in their system? Very frustrating. They offered no compensation for the HOUR we spent standing at the bar waiting for an answer, and placed the issue on us despite the fact that their machine stole our money. We left with no resolution, no refund or even credit for the bar or games, literally no apology or response. Mostly mad about the hour long wait and the unapologetic stealing of our money. We also spent over 30 on drinks at the bar, which only frustrated us more that they offered no compensation for stealing our money since we had already spent a generous amount of money there while we waited. We drove all the way from Ames for this and left having played 1 game, and feeling scammed. Unbelievably disappointed in this treatment from the management, and will not return to this locations

Fun place! Drinks are pricey but over all good time.
Had a fun & relaxed Wednesday date night here. Bartenders were friendly. Hand sanitizer readily available & everything was very clean. Drinks were good and got lots of fun prizes to bring home to our kiddo.
Not the best bar/arcade around. The location in West Des Moines is definitely more worth the money! The drinks there are better and they have a better variety of games, they also have better staff that make your time there more enjoyable!
