Nothing but first class professionals dedicated to assisting their customers pick the finest weapons and accessories. I want to give a very big shout to the incredibly amazing customer service from Mike Reardon. Today I took my older brother Nick into A3 to purchase his first gun for home defense. My brother is handicapped, and because of his circumstances, he cannot use the left half of his body from head to toe. Recently my brother discovered he is capable of efficiently operating a Revolver since it's the only gun he can use and operate with one hand. He wanted to get the best quality Revolver he could find within a specific price range, and not only did A3 have it available to him, but it was for half of the price he was originally expecting to pay! Mike Reardon was incredibly patient and very understanding of my brother's situation. Not only did my brother have many questions and concerns of his individual use of the firearm from his physical limitations, but he wanted to make sure he was able to have the gun easily accessible and also incredibly secure from his young kids. Mike perfectly answered and addressed all of my brother's concerns from his ability to use the firearm to ensure he was making a good purchase. Additionally, Mike introduced my brother to a Vaultek safe that will keep the firearm incredibly secure from his kids, and be easily accessible to my brother and his wife. I am incredibly grateful for the time Mike graciously took to help my brother out with his circumstances, and my brother now can't wait to bring his gun in and shoot it in the near future!
A3 is a first class operation. Mike Gluck has assisted me with several transfers and is always professional and extremely helpful! Ranges are always in great shape and they have a great selection of most everything (except ammo, but who does right now...:-)))) They also have a great training crew!
