I wish I could give 0 stars, dodgy company. Avoid or deal with them at your own risk. Lost money, lesson learned. The person I dealt with couldn't even read the contract and what it stated in English, he had to get his colleague to read and explain it to them, he even had to be shown where to countersign the contracts. They do not even know what they have binding in their contracts. I had to read and teach them what they had written in their own contracts. Dealing with them and after many false promises and running around, parted ways as you could see they would be difficult to deal with because simply they are incompetent at what they do. The property they managed had damp rotten flooring from a leaking radiator the floor above, which moved when stood on, they simply replied 'just dont walk in that area' as a solution to the risk problem. They had wired an open power socket beneath the toilet in the bathroom and that is just scratching the surface of the problems.
The company left me and 2 children with hole in the kitchen wall also left us with rats damp and leaking in the basement he has left us without gas heating for 2 weeks lies about somebody coming he didn't secure the deposit . AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SCAMPERS LEAVING 2 CHILDREN UNDER 2 WITHOUT GAS ALSO DOESN'T SECURE DEPOSIT VERY BAD HOUSE BAD COMPANY
Beware of this people! They do money transfer and money exchange as well (I'm not sure if that's even legal but anyway). I used their exchange service and they ripped me off. They lied to me about exchange rate and gave me 40 less than the amount they should give. Dishonest and liar.
