All of the negative reviews you read about loading are true. Broker and company told me that I had a 2200hr appt on 04/16/2020. They don't show up until 2230. I was the first one there and was told that my load wasn't ready. I wasn't given a door until almost midnight. There were 5 docks with no trailers in them during that time. They finished loading me at 0830 the next day 04/17. Maybe it's just me, but if you can't load people at their appt times, then you should probably start coming in earlier than 2230 every night. Just a thought. The people that I dealt with in shipping, the warehouse and one of the spotters were all nice to me. No attitudes that I noticed.
This company is a joke. 1pm appointment came 1 hour earlier at 12pm was given a door right away and since then they took their sweet time, 6pm right now just got loaded and there is another problem that their system is down and they can’t print paperwork.
Avoid at all cost. Loaded 26,000 lbs and they putt it all on the nose. My drives are 33,650 with 1/4 tanks. This after sitting for 5 j 1/2 hrs because product was not ready. They seal trailer in bay do you don’t even get a look. No Drivers on Docks...And oh ya.... No Bathrooms for Drivers. !!!!! Never Again
