I didn't come in to buy a car I came in for a change of oil. Change of Oil service was great even though I traded in my truck anyway. Kevin Hanson, the sales consultant started helping us since I was in the market for a car. He was very attentive with my complicated car situation and was very willing to help. The finance team managers were also great and were able to negotiate well. The Manager Jay was also very helpful during the process of everything as well. Great team over all, I wish I remembered everyone's name who helped out because they were so attentive. I had the most pleasant experience in buying a car which can be very stressful and has been very stressful for me. I'm so grateful to Kevin in looking out for my needs rather than just trying to push a sale on me as I had experienced in the past. Extremely excited to drive around in my new Jeep Cherokee!

Bernie was the greatest help we could have asked for. She was polite, nice and not pushy. She was not bothered by the numerous calls I made with my hundreds of questions. The fact that she even came in on her day off, took time away from her family, to help finalize the sale of the vehicle we purchased meant a lot to us. If you want sales person who will make you feel comfortable without intimidating you to make a purchase, ask for Bernie!

I went in today to see if I was able to get approved for a car and Bernice was the only one to approach me and was very professional and helpful. When I had question about certain cars she was ready with answers and more she made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. She handled herself very well and I recommend that everybody ask for Bernice personally. She's definitely your go to sales woman when it comes to buying cars at the dealership.
