The new HOA management is really on top of things and has been completing projects all around the Village, like painting and pruning, refreshing the pools and pool furniture, and installing new playgrounds. The association office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will work with you to resolve any issues, within the HOA by-laws. Alexis is a gem in the Covenants department, and Amy is the go-to person in Membership Services, especially if you’ve just moved in. The HOA has great communications through their email blasts, the Villager magazine and their website. I wish more people would read their Villager magazine, because it has everything you need to know to live in an HOA. I lived in Ashburn Village for over 14 years. It's a wonderful community.

The new HOA management is fantastic! Every time I've made any kind of request they have been super responsive. I also really enjoy the Friday updates, all of the neighborhood improvements, and the events like the House 6 Brewing event.

Beware : they tow unreasonably. towed 10 cars from my subdivision in one night for parking on the sweep on the drive way (all which did not block the actual side walk). No one in the subdivision can park more than one car in their driveway and there aren’t enough parking spots. So in 20 degree weather half the neighborhood is walking 5 minutes to their cars.... we pay too much to be doing this. On top of that, staff is rude every time i’ve called or visited for various issues.

I don't know how Alexis, in the covenants department, got her job. She does not have the temperment or disposition for customer service. Every time I have to deal with her, it is a nighmare. She makes a continual practice of interupting and talking right over you. Coupled with the attitude that I am trying to get over on her, makes dealing with the Ashburm Village HOA a nighmare. The HOA didn't have my correct address to mail the violation notices to, but somehow came up with my correct address when it came to mailing me the letter with the fine in it. And she is copping attitude with me about updating my address in their system. Which I did. How do you think they got my correct address? She said they got the correct address from the post office when the fine notice was returned. Really? So the post office didn't tell you my correct address when they returned the violation notices? Talk about condescending.

Went there to renew my pav membership and was expecting a quick and easy process since I was already a member before. But first, the lady was trying to tell me that I don't even live in the village and I told her nicely I've been a member there for years, next she told me I have to pay the ignition fee again when I already paid it the first time and I renewed it before without paying it again. She was just rude and a total jerk about everything. Right when I came in I saw her and she had a mean face on and ran to the back to probably avoid me and doing any work. I would never write one of these no matter how bad someone's service was but this was the worst experience I've ever had. It's sad how gross people are inside and out. The employee name is Amy Reynolds.
