I wish I could give -1000 stars. I called in to see if i had a case and speak with someone. The lady who answered the phone was very ride. After I explained what happened and my reason for the call she said she didn't know what I was really saying and that I'm not making sense. I made perfect sense! She went on to say that she can't help me because that's not what we do and asked who do you even wanna sue as if I had no idea what i was talking about, she also told me \yeah you're not really saying anything\ she was totally rude and basically laughed me off the phone. When I find a lawyer to take this case and it yields severals hundreds of thousands of dollars we'll see who laughing. Oh and full disclosure I used very harsh profanity with her after she disrespected me.

Very rude not an lawyer I would prefer at all... completely hung up as I was asking a question. I call back and inform her that even if you can not help a person it is politely to say have a good day or goodbye not just hang up on the caller.. first impression is always good
