Great service, friendly sales staff and amazing finance department. I had a wonderful experience and I was dreading it. They actually made it easy and I drove away wondering why I was dreading it so much. I highly recommend them. It was over an hour drive, but well worth it!

I’ve been to a few Toyota dealerships before landing on World Toyota. It was a hassle free experience there was very little back and forth and I was able to get in and out on within hours. If you don’t want to have to do a lot of haggling and want great customer experience this is the place for you. I don’t know if everyone is like Debra Jones but she was excellent.

Do not do business with this dealer. They’re the most unethical and dishonest people I’ve ever seen. Once they get hold on your vehicle, you’re screwed. They’ll make keep coming to their shop by sabotaging your vehicle at every visit. I first brought my car to this shop for just an oil change (See the first receipt). They changed my oil. A few days later my car won't start. I called my insurance company road assistance service. The technician came and checked the vehicle. He told me he's not sure if it's the battery; it must be something else. I towed the vehicle to the nearest mechanic, Firestone. They inspected the vehicle. They told me they could not find the issue. It may be an electrical circuit/connection to the battery but they cannot access that area and recommended me to take it to the dealer. They haven't seen something like this before. They advised the dealer may be able to repair it because they have the machine/tools. I left the car at Firestone for the night. The next morning I towed it again to the dealer, World Toyota Atlanta again. After the inspection, the service adviser told me they found the issue and it was the battery connection (See second receipt, \FOUND BAD CONNECTION WITH THE BATTERY GROUND CABLE\). That, while driving the car, since one of the connections to the battery was loose, the battery was discharging but not charging. Thus, at some point, when the battery was completely discharged, the vehicle won't just start. They charged me again for the repair and additional service fee for about 1,000. After I picked up the vehicle, the next day I realized again that the passenger side brake light is out. They again sabotaged my vehicle. The goal is to make you keep coming to their shop for repair. I request full refund or I’ll take the issue to the court.

Really happy with my 80,000 mile Scion check up/oil change today at World Toyota! My coolant was leaking and Shane M. (the guy we dropped off our keys with, and checked out with) let me know within 45 min of my car being there! Got a new water tank for it pretty fast as well -less than 3 hours. And he was able to find my warranty info, and even called around for it, so I didn’t have to pay 600 for it! He really went above and beyond and was very personable and easy to talk to. I just moved here so it makes me really happy to have a wonderful fast Toyota Service center. Thanks Shane and Toyota!
