I wish I would have never come to this clinic. I set up an appointment with Dr. Megan Crane, making it clear that I did not have health insurance and would be paying out of pocket for the appointment. Which I did. A month later I received multiple bills from Labcorp for \laboratory services\, adding up to be a total of 1,314. I was NOT told by the doctor or any of the providers that the testing being done during the appointment would be sent to Labcorp and would have these kind of costs. I had NO IDEA that a simple candida testing would be over 1300, and the doctor and all the representatives I spoke to at CHI Franciscan neglected to inform me that I would be stuck with such a huge bill. As I mentioned, I do not have health insurance, and I do not know how I am going to pay for this. I have been to plenty of women's health care clinics in the past that were able to treat my condition without this happening. CHI Franciscan is a neglectful hospital that does not know how to correctly communicate to their uninsured patients. The lack of communication is ridiculous for a supposedly experienced, reputable clinic.

Terrible service! It’s the Mc Donald’s of health care! In, out, NEXT! They were rude, didn’t give me time to express my concerns wam bam bub bye and on to the next. 3 weeks later still waiting for blood results I called them and they just said it’s normal! They didn’t even explain what the results were for the individual test. When I proceeded to ask them the lady just blew me off and said they sent it in the mail. Terrible service. I feel they haven’t gave me any of there time and yet I still ask what the hell did I pay for? Wouldn’t go back!
