I phoned twice to confirm a booking made for New Year’s Eve, stressing the importance of being collected as I had a 7 year old child that needed to make the 6 mile trip home with me. So after being assured that the taxi would be there, I was left in the cold with my child to walk all the way home along a dark and dangerous country lane! And just to top it off, he didn’t even have the decency to apologise or offer and excuse. The phone was just switched off. If I could review 0 stars I would!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!!

Awful taxi driver who was rude and aggressive. Very expensive in comparison to other Auchterarder taxis. We would definitely not recommend. Terrible.

We booked this taxi a couple days in advance. On Saturday night it got to 00.10 when he was meant to arrive and we called and both his phones were off. At 00.30 we started to get a bit worried because he still hadn't turned up and the phones were still off. Well at 02 am we were still waiting In -4c. Eventually we got another taxi who managed to come and get us. Apparently M&M didn't even have an 8 seater taxi which we booked just a 4 seater.
