The AG’s office is horrible!!! My case worker never calls me back, I’ve had custody of my 4 kids for 2 years yet I’m still paying child support, even after the judge made me the custodial parent!!! I’m so frustrated and they take there sweet time getting back to you. The judge signed the order in Oct. 2020 to stop my child support but yet my wages are being garnished!!! I know most dads have a bad rap and don’t care about paying support for their kids but some of us good dads also get the bad treatment!!! Get an attorney and don’t make the mistake I made by going to AGs office because they offer free service!!!

So far so good. Asked to swabbed before my court date and they are very accommodating. They sent me to a new place they use off West Gate. They say it's Victory Medical, but you won't see it. It's in suite 111, which is a pharmacy. They're just associated with Victory Medical. They swabbed my mouth, took a Polaroid and attached it to my paperwork. Pretty easy.

People give these public offices such a hard time. They actually really made me feel like they cared, and answered all my questions. I am very thankful, and believe they do a really good job. They didn't have me waiting in line to long, and they scheduled me in so I wasn't waiting.

Worst agency ever. Wether you’re a custodial or non-custodial parent. Rude, don’t answer questions and just disconnect calls when you’re trying to get answers. Get different answers for the same question. No one has answers. They are ALL CLUELESS! Worst system ever. How did all these people get hired by a government agency!?

The staff act as if they don’t want to be at work or they are annoyed, the child support division is a complete joke! They are always on the loser side who isn’t paying Not helpful they don’t enforce payment,
