Gave Tammi Javey a month to return my three calls. Williamson County EMS responded 23 months after the complaint was made, when the Texas Department of Insurance Compliance Division regulates the industry and companies have 15 business days to respond. Well mine had 46 times that period. Only to get a response on 8/2/2018 I left messages 3 times in August. In the end the 2 year letter response from Williamson County EMS said my complaint was made 6/15/3026. That was the first sentence of the response. The is 1,008 years from now. Do you think Tammi even read the letter? But the State Employee that doesn't return calls also does not read responses. But she did deny my complaint. How can Texas Department rule in favor the Williamson County EMS without reading their response?
