In the picture you will see the process the reps guide you through when being served. The appointment itself took 7 mins. for me. I've been here on a Tuesday and Wednesday. I think that Wed. was the shortest waiting time in the morning. Here's why. I got my ticket at 7:51 and was seen at 8:40. During my wait, I noticed more stations were in use as tickets were called at \lightning speed\. On Tuesday I waited more than an hour and printed my ticket at 7:55. Something else I noticed is that renewals are seen quicker (S1000s). Get there as early as 7:30 AM. Also before opening, you can't schedule an appt online (failed 3Xs). I just tried scheduling at 9:49 AM and got one for 2:04 PM. So imagine how packed it must be right now. I wouldn't trust the \put me in line\ online op. Hope this helps.

I just want to talk to someone on the phone. I have a broken ankle and cannot drive or come into an office, but I lost my driver's license. That's it! Won't let me sign in to replace it without the number (which I obviously don't have) and won't answer the phone when I call due to the \call volume being too high\. So I guess I just wont drive when my ankle heals? Ridiculous. I'm super progressive, but for the love of god, privatize this part so I can just go online to a nice platform that's UX-friendly and get a new card.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. You need an appointment for this place, but that makes life so much easier. Also, if you have an appointment for Saturday, the office is open. Do not worry about it being closed.
