Since our first contact with Dominic O'Connor, we have been consistently impressed by the courteous, helpful and patient support we have received from all at Managed Technology, not least Matt Nicholl as well as the 'backroom' team who have dealt with our telephone enquiries. We continue to be delighted with the Toshiba e-studio5005AC we have had for just over four years: it meets all our copying and printing needs, producing high quality output and has made booklet printing, stapling and folding a joy! The maintenance/servicing engineers from Toshiba have been similarly helpful and efficient, although we have not needed to call on them very often. On the basis of our own experience, we would enthusiastically encourage others to consider a move to Managed Technology.
