From the 1st point of contact the staff at Barrington BMW and Porsche were customer focused. George was great and worked around my schedule. The in store service was friendly, inviting and efficient. Starbucks coffee while waiting for the paperwork to be completed was definitely a nice perk. As a black woman I can say I have had some negative experiences with car buying and in Barrington. However, I was treated with nothing but respect from start to finish. There was no price haggling, no trying to sell me a million extra things. The car I requested to test drive was cleaned and waiting for my arrival. Truly top notch service. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Amazing experience!!! I have been dreaming of buying a 911 since I was a teenager. Sharon helped make that dream come true. The experience from building the car to delivery was top notch. She even had the car flat bed delivered to our house! This was our second purchase from Sharon and will trust her for all our future Porsche purchases. Go see her. She is awesome!
Bad service. Go elsewhere. Went to do maintenance on 2014 911_50 last year. Took me a while to find a service advisor in the service department. Once found (after 15-20 min), he was helpful and assisted with scheduling a date. Spent 2K, it went ok. Called and emailed last week. Twice. No response. Called today, spent time on hold. Someone took a message and told me that the advisor will call me back. No call back. Can't even get a quote for 4K service?! Need brake pads, brake rotors, new tires, oil change. Thank you, MW.
Great experience from start to finish. Brian Guzy, the GM, is an absolute pleasure to work with and always a gentleman. Rudy Baum is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable salesperson that I have ever met. Chase Wills, the product specialist who taught me all of the details of driving the car, is a very bright and energetic young man. I will only buy and service cars at Motorwerks in Barrington.
