Great up front service. Only one of 5 places to get back with a quote. Great service helping choose and design our kitchen. Unfortunately as soon as money was handed over thats were the care stopped. Hard to get hold of certain people. Fitters were not sent before start date as promised. This meant our kitchen was not properly prepared before hand. Wrong doors, few scratched doors, flooring not ordered and told we would have to wait 5 months for our order to be fulfilled. Luckily managed to swap for a similar flooring but still not ideal. The only saving grace was a Adam who works for andersons who took our issues on and the fitters that were supplied (Mike and Jim) have been very professional.
Very well laid out staff very friendly
Bought some laminate flooring from Anderson's a few months ago and I'm more than happy with it. Brilliant price and plenty of help and info about fitting it from the staff I dealt with. Will defo be going back to Anderson's for any future DIY projects
