Day Surgery ward and a mid morning biopsy under anaesthetic. Excellent care and attention ... particularly from the Operating Theatre and the Recovery nurses who were so reassuring, genuine, friendly. On the ward waiting to confirm readiness to leave everyone so helpful. Some real attention to the details of making patients feel comfortable. It did take a some time for prescription to come through so some patience needed in the afternoon. Well done FGH!
