We bought a fireplace from Furness Heating. Other suppliers offered much longer lead times (weeks not days), and usually higher pricing. We made the order on a Wednesday. We were told the unit would be with us (in London) by Monday, but possibly Friday. The unit arrived on Friday. We had some problems with the unit which were promptly and efficiently dealt with, thanks to Furness Heating’s excellent customer service. We are delighted with our purchase, the glowing (metaphorical and literal!) description we were given was accurate and the fireplace has transformed the room for the better. I would not hesitate to recommend Furness Heating. Although their shop is over 250 miles away from us, distance appears to be irrelevant - based on our experience, they should be able to offer excellent, prompt service to anywhere in the country.

Just had a log burner installed by the lads at Furness Heating. Fantastic service and competitive price. We were pushing to have this done as we have just bought our first house and wanted to decorate after the burner was installed. Adam at Furness Heating managed to fit us in within 2 weeks when most places told us it would be March. His communication was wonderful. Most companies took weeks to get back to us after an inquiry but Adam was so quick! They also price matched our log burner to the price we found online. The guys who came out were all lovely and professional. Can't fault the whole service from start to finish!
