Having applied for a job here, didn't even get an interview despite having the skills / experience etc, even stated in my application I been a loyal customer - to which I had been for well over 10 years and a regular one at that too !! I'm afraid I have to visit any Costa Coffee shops less now whichever part of the world I'm in and support local independent Coffee shops / Cafe's more out of principle, it is what it is !

Very interesting visit. James the guide was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions asked him. All the employees we met were really friendly. A great birthday gift for my husband...he loved it
What an amazing site, training center. Costa rost it's own coffee from a green bean all in the UK and deliver the finished products to its own shops. Rosted in the UK, sold in the UK, enjoyed around the world.
After all these years working for Costa it was good to finally see where it all starts. Amazing facility for meetings and training.
