Absolute waste of time and money. \Engineer\ couldn't remove fixing screws which resulted in them being rounded off so now only removable by drilling out. Also when I made the booking I was told they carried spare parts. This was not the case and if removal had been successful it would only have been to assess which parts were required. Requiring another appointment and no usable hob in the meantime. Also I made the appointment with Fleet Appliance Services not Matchwood !
