I was a bit concerned when my curtains did not arrive on the date the web site told me. I called and talked to Nathan and he assured me that my business was very important and he looked into it promptly. He confirmed that my order was in transit and like magic, the next day, the curtains arrived. Thanks for the excellent service. :)

Welcoming staff, lots of free parking, good selection of products. A bedding section that never ends!!!! Bargains to be had at the moment (July 2020).
Ordered goods, waited around for an hour. No text message so went to store to investigate. Found out website has crashed! Oh well when the order finally materialises that will be another 30 mile round trip. Teach me for being organized.
