I recently met Joseph Gray of Bat Busters Wildlife Removal, as he was recommended to me when I had a raccoon camping out in my chimney. This male raccoon was very active and making a lot of noise, he sounded as though he would come through the flue. Meeting Joseph was such a pleasant experience. He has qualities that one doesn’t often find in one person: he is very professional and timely. I called in the late afternoon and he was there within the hour. He is kind and caring for both the homeowner and the animal in question. Before he left he had a plan set up and I was no longer concerned, I knew he could handle the situation. Joseph trapped him outside and then relocated him to his forever home. So that the animal would not be in distress for hours, Joseph was there twice a day to check the chimney and the trap. Because of the weather (snow and ice) I was unable to get a chimney cap replacement soon enough and a female raccoon now took residence. Joseph was right back to take care of her. He now went even a step further and contacted a company in Weston that would be able to get the chimney cap replaced sooner rather than later. The largest draw for us was how kindly he treated the animals he was relocating. We got the impression that he truly cared for the animals and their safety while at the same time caring as much about our safety. I highly recommend Joseph Gray; I do not believe a more positive experience is out there.

We had several squirrels in our attic and Joe from Bat Busters came out to remove them. He was very quick to respond and got the job done in 1 day. They were very professional and did an awesome job. WE are squirrel FREE!!!

We had a bat in our house at 2am and we were freaking out.We called Bat Busters wildlife and Joe came out within 25mins.He was very professional and calmed my wife down right away.He caught the bat in our bedroom and sent it out to be tested.He looked around then house for 20mins just to make sure there wasn't more than one bat.He called us a the next day and told us the bat was negative for rabies.I felt Joe really cared about our safety and was very professional.
