We visited the showroom last week. Mr. Qasim was very helpful in terms of choosing the right colour, size and fire. He visited our house the same day. My fireplace was fitted in less than a week's time. The fitters were fantastic and experienced. Can't thank the whole team enough. Very happy customer. I will definitely recommend them.

We contacted Qasim through ebay listing, upon speaking to him on the phone he asked us to come down to the shop before purchasing our fireplace so we could see the quality of the product for ourselves, upon arrival he greeted us and showed us around then left us to make our decision he was not pushy or trying the hard sell, once we choose the fireplace he went through all the fitting instructions and delivery times he assured us we would not be disappointed with the product and we wasn't from ordering to delivery it was 5 days, the bloke who delivered it was spot on and helped carry it in to the house and made sure everything was OK before he left, honestly can't fault the service would highly recommend this company in the future, thank you Qasim
