I've been with this company since I've started driving, (about 15 years) because it's who my parents used, and I regret not switching sooner. They charge a yearly \membership fee\ on top of your monthly premiums, but they won't auto draft it like the premiums, and if you forget to pay this fee once every year they'll drop you without so much as a phone call, leaving you to drive uninsured till you figure it out. Then I moved to a different state and bought a new car, and tried to have it insured by them and they don't bother to check minimum liability standards for my state, even though I told them where I lived. I had to learn from the dmv after trying to renew my license that my brand new 2018 car didn't have legal coverage for 3 months, and on top of that they charged about 50 more per month than I was quoted for. And finally, after canceling my policy with them the day they charged me 265 (auto draft), a month later I called to ask them when I'd be refunded for the month I was charged for, I was informed that I'd only be reimbursed 78... P. S. I was able to save 100 a month switching to a different company anyway.
