I have a 2017 Lexus RX350. Recently due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I don’t drive the car as much as before. When I need to go out, many times I couldn’t start the car. So I brought it to the service to see if it is the battery issue. The service advisor Laurie was extremely professional and nice. She first checked if it is still within the warranty period and then informed me it would be covered if the technical diagnostic indicates it’s a bad battery. Fortunately, It turned out it is indeed the battery issue and still in the warranty period. Given the fact that this is the last week of the warranty period, I feel I am really lucky. I also feel the honesty, the knowledge and patience of Laurie during the whole conversation and throughout the entire service time. Thank you Laurie for the help, greatly appreciated!

Outstanding customer service. They were willing to stay well after closing hours to make sure we drove off the same day in our RX350. Stayed positive the whole time. Were reasonable negotiators. Extra features were offered but no pressure. Were proactive in showing us car features. Washed, vacuumed the car once more before we drove off. Had to come back for inspection the next day because techs already left for the night - not a biggie. Overall we left very pleased with our experience. I’ve been to many dealerships. These guys beat them all. Special thanks to Fred, Sovy, Walter and Nick.

PHENOMENAL Customer Service and Excellent Communication. Laurie and Kevin did an amazing job of providing the true Lexus experience. Their service department did an outstanding job of fixing my car and making it ride like new. If you ever need your car cleaned and detailed, ask for Mark, he completely blew me away with how meticulously he restored the badly damaged paint on my car. I would've sworn it was a repainted vehicle when he was done. I simply cannot give him enough praise. I will most certainly be returning if anything else comes up.
