Fixed my laptop in no time at all. I had dropped it and totally cracked the screen. They were up front on cost, no gimmicks, and fixed the screen super fast. Very organized on the transaction. Thanks so much!

It appears my review was deleted by these gangsters! I'll just keep coming back if you delete them. After repeatedly returning my tablet to them after shoddy attempt after shoddy attempt to fix it my tablet was ultimately left in the state you see in the pictures. The dirty finger prints are underneath the screen! Wear a pair of gloves you amateurs! I was asked to return on one occasion at a certain time only to find a note on the door 'closed for staff training' a waste of my personal time. A total of 4 times I visited and the guy every time said that they would try and get it fixed asap... maybe your work mate would like to stop playing counterstrike on one of the store pc's and get on with it then? I could not return as I needed to start using again for work and was unable to get time off to do this. I wouldn't want them touching anything of mine ever again... wash your hands! I have this review saved on my clipboard, so I'll be able to pop it straight back on when you delete it again :) To answer your response: I have a different second name that's why it does not appear in your records, not putting my info online. May last year same time I posted my original review (which did happen). Guy with cropped beard in your Lisburn road store. Can't tell you what the guy playing counterstrike looked like as he had his back to me. Just noticed that my photos that where evidence from this post have been removed... You can't remove stuff? Seriously guys, Computer Repair Lounge also on the Lisburn road offer a fantastic service. They immediately fixed my tablet without any fuss and for 10 pounds cheaper.
