One of the most prompt and helpful photography equipment shops in Ireland. I reached out to them via email as I live in Dublin and spotted a second hand camera which was based in their UK Mainland shop. I think within an hour I got an email back giving me all information I needed how to place an order to get it shipped to their Belfast branch and they said they have no issues keeping it in the shop for me for few days till I can make my way up North to pick it up. The shipping process was really fast within few days my item was up North and when I came to the shop the staff in the shop were absolutely lovely and helpfull. I have to say I appreciate that they put shutter count in their ads of second hand cameras so it gives you an idea of how much camera was used by previous owner. The description of wear and tear was on point they don't hide stuff from you and me personally I felt camera was in better condition than I expected it to be which was a big plus on top of it being cheaper than same camera second hand in Dublin. Honestly really happy with the service and the extra mile they go for you and will definitely buy from them again. They're one of those businesses worth supporting as they do look after photographers both up North and down South. Thank you again for all your help

Had a few issues with my Sony A7riv and Sony 200-600 lens, took it in, all sorted by Mathew. I always use WEX as you get back up from people who know their cameras, Not the cheapest but by far the best ( when things go wrong is it worth saving a few ?) Top company, top people, Thank you very much

The Belfast staff are alway friendly with excellent product knowledge. I deal with Kelly who is super friendly and has time & Patience to deal with any query… you should ask for her when you shop there. Store is always very well presented stocked.
