Our dog Honey has been going to Pawla's for about 5 years now. She goes for daycare and boarding - and absolutely LOVES her time with Paula! We feel really confident that Honey is well looked and loved just as well as if she were at home. Paula is really flexible and very accommodating if we have to change dates or pick up times. Highly recommend - wish I could leave more stars!!!

I would not trust anyone else to look after my precious Lhasa. She has boarded with Pawlas quite a few times now and every time she comes home she is happy, healthy and very settled. I cannot recommend this service more highly. Paula is a very experienced dog handler and instinctively knows what your pet needs. Paula never accepts a dog that is aggressive or anti-social so that you can rest assured and have your holiday safe in the knowledge that your dog will not come to any harm, illness or distress. Regular updates and contact is welcomed and occasional photos of your doggy on holiday is very reassuring. Keep it up Paula!!

All Seasons Garden and Handyman Service

Lovely lady and brilliant setting. 5m walk to Benfleet Stn for commuters. Like a preschool for dogs. Lots of toys and home comforts. Paula takes a real interest in each and every dog that stays be it day care or boarding. Knows about breed traits, behaviour and can help with training too xXx

Paula is fantastic lady. At very short notice she boarded both my dogs, after I was very badly let down by another home boarding company. I have two dogs one of which has quite complex needs requiring special food, medication and exercise. Paula went above and beyond to make sure all these needs were met and both dogs were happy. On top of this she also saw to my wellbeing by providing me two or more updates a day, with pictures on how my babies were doing. This put my mind at complete rest and I had a wonderful holiday and very happy puppies to come back to. Can not recommend this lady enough xxx
