A comfortable and safe Pg in the locality with almost all facilities such as television, attached washrooms, cupboards, washing machine and food. House keeping is there to clean the rooms everyday. Food is the only problem for North Indians as you get dosa/idli sambar almost every day plus it is really spicy. But you can cook your own food as induction, fridge, microwave, toaster etc are also available in the mess .

Stayed here for 14 months. Mixed review. Rent varies from 6K to 16k. Good points: 1. Close to a hospital, bus stop and manyemany 2. Big area. Can walk in the night post dinner etc. 3. Before covid, room cleaning used to happen regularly by maids. They however happen to use powder, deos etc. if one is not around. 4. Food is good. 5. Electricity back up present. Generally answer maintenance worries fast. 6. Induction, oven, fridge, toaster etc. in dining area. Bad points: 1. You will not get a receipt for your rent. If you ask for it, the manager will come up with things like pay GST in excess. Have to pay only cash. 2. Rooms are small. Most bathroom windows open in next room's bathroom. Basically bathroom windows are shared between rooms. You can imagine the ventilation. 3. Water in washroom is hard. It can damage your hair and corrode steel vessels and leave white marks on plasticwares. 4. Dining area is dirtiest. You can see residual food on table. Poorly cleaned. 5. For some rooms, window and door open in the corridor. So poor light. Only top two floors get okay light. Bottom floor rooms opening in the corridor almost depend on artificial light. 6. During covid , there was no maid, no non veg food, no room cleaning or garbage collection from rooms. But still had to pay full rent amount. 7. Some people steal from common fridges. I guess that happens everywhere. 8. Some guys working there just keep staring at girls. Pervs. Overall: okay. Better pg in this area.

Construction wise its good. But too much costly. And no maintenance for washing machine etc.. If we complaint also that owner will behave like school warden.

I faced lot of issues, management should be improved they won't respond properly to our problems and they are mainly concentrating on Tamil girls who are staying in the pg. I lost my valuable belongings. Some girls who were staying with me they won't allow other girls to stay properly in the room, they make others to be their follwers. Finally taste of food should be improved.
