I actually had a really good experience - apart from finding the place. Like one of the other reviews says it's a bit hard to find in the Wilmersdorf Mall. However, I had booked my appointment on the internet, arrived at the place, my number was already on display (punctual! - which is not a given), I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and staff was in a cheerful mood.
