Such a professional and amazing service, Bierce Surveying Ltd saved my house sale and purchase from falling through. Due to an oversight by my solicitor I had 2 days to arrange and submit a RICS survey. Alex Stevenson attended my property at very short notice and was amazing, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Dont be put off by past reviews, i contacted Bierce for a homebuyers survey, they were excellent to deal with from my initial contact with Paul, the updates from Rebecca and finally the survey by Alex which was very detailed! 10/10
Very poor service, floorplan was terrible: doors and internal walls in the wrong place and basic shape of the building wrong. EPC poor - did not ask or look regarding cylinder thermostat.
