Was looking forward to an experience but unfortunately we have received very poor service, shocking really considering the nature of the business! No smiles, rude in my view, no interaction. Expensive for what they offer! Cheap furniture in the shop and pedestal feels like it's ready to go! And I'm not that heavy! Much better wedding shops in the area, save yourselves the time and don't bother!

Amazing dress shop easy to deal with.
We brought my daughters flower girl dress from Ivy Blu yesterday. From start to finish the young ladies were amazing! The shop had all Covid safety measures, so there was no worry there. We found 3 lovely dresses, one of which we fell in love with. The girls were very patient with my young daughter and run everything by us on how the whole process works. We look forward to returning at the end of the year for the fitting and would certainly recommend.
Just had the best experience in this shop. Looking for my daughters prom dress. The lady who served us by the name of Erin was so helpful. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She had a lovely manner and she was very professional. The dresses were amazing. Would highly recommend this shop.
