Paul Timmins: I decided to bring my 9 year old Grandson to Sambo because it is a good all round fitness sport and efficient self defence system. Having trained for 5 months he won the Silver Medal in the British Championships after losing out to his team mate. The Head Coach Rustam Sudocczki is (9 times!) World Wrestling Champion and teaches students directly. Lessons are excellent value for money and I am in the process of enrolling my 5 year grandson. I would highly recommend joining the Club.
